Dear Supporters of Walk 4 Faith:
The response to Walk 4 Faith and what it could mean for each of your ministries has been overwhelming. Many of you wish to take full advantage of this opportunity, yet need more time to execute your best efforts. Therefore, in order to assist you and to provide the best possible results, we are moving the walk to Saturday, May 9, 2009.
This will enable you to have the time needed to recruit registrants and position your various communities to support your efforts.
We will be sending you updates regularly by e-mail. Please make sure to visit our website for updates as well. All materials needed to assist you, will also be made available on our website. We are available to meet with you, your board or any interested parties to discuss the vision of Walk 4 Faith.
Understanding the need to continue fund raising, you may continue to register supporters & solicit pledges throughout the fall & winter. All fund raising efforts should continue as we will forward any funds pledged to you as we receive them.
We look forward to a great time together in the spring.
Walk 4 Faith has one simple goal: To help you make an eternal difference in the world.
In other words: We want to help you raise money for the church, ministry, mission or project that most moves your soul and changes the lives of others.
It's just that simple.
Walk 4 Faith will provide you with a professionally organized event to help meet your funding goal; whatever your mission. We will provide you with the resources to help you be successful in raising pledges for your cause.
Can you think of a better way to spend a crisp Saturday in May than to walk with your friends in a common activity that brings hundreds of churches and ministries together in a manner that could not be accomplished by working alone?
And at the end of the day, you can celebrate your success with your friends while enjoying great music at the Christian Concert.
Just a reminder: 100% of all funds you raise for your cause (minus any electronic processing fees) goes directly to your cause.
Walk 4 Faith will raise sponsor funding to cover the cost of the event and will receive a small portion of your registration fee.
Once again, it's just that simple.
